Thank you for shopping with Tokyo Cozy Tea House. Every item is carefully packed and shipped from Japan. This policy explains how we ship your order and what to expect.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within [5] business days (Japan time, excluding weekends and Japanese holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Most orders arrive within [3–21] business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier or customs delays.

Duties & Taxes

United States: All US orders are shipped with duties and import taxes prepaid (DDP). The amount is included at checkout, so there are no surprise fees at delivery.

Hong Kong SAR: No additional duties are expected for our items.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and Hong Kong SAR.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible before your order ships.

Damaged Items

We pack every ceramic piece with great care. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within [7] days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated time, please contact us. We will check with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes before your order ships, but not once it is in transit.
