Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back — items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For returns that are not due to damage, defects, or an error on our part, the buyer is responsible for all costs, including return shipping to Japan and any duties, taxes, or fees. Original shipping costs and prepaid duties or import taxes are non-refundable. Any fees charged to us when the return arrives in Japan will be deducted from your refund. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged on the way back to us.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. In most cases, you will not need to return the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5] business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process it.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
