Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from Tokyo, Japan.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States and Hong Kong.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1–5 business days after payment. Most orders arrive within 3–21 business days after shipping, depending on the shipping method and destination. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?

For US orders, duties and import taxes are included at checkout, so there are no surprise fees at delivery. For Hong Kong, no additional duties are expected for our items.

Are the items new?

Yes. All items are new and inspected before shipping.

Why does my lucky cat look slightly different from the photos?

Yakushigama figurines are hand-painted, so the face, colors and details can vary slightly from piece to piece. Each one is unique.

Can I send an item as a gift?

Yes. You can enter the recipient's address at checkout. Prices are not printed on the packing slip.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. In most cases, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund without asking you to return the item.

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
